Marta Chechelska-Dziepak,

she mediates in family cases - conflicts between spouses and partners, as well as family conflicts; in divorce cases - the way of conducting divorce proceedings, division of the couple's property, arrangements concerning parental authority, the way childcare is provided together with establishing a plan for childcare provision, the payment of maintenance claims, the way of using spouses' flat and rules governing such usage, etc. and in civil cases concerning the distribution of the estate, disputes with neighbours and social conflicts.

Mediations aim at reaching a settlement that will prove to be enduring and satisfying for both parties. During mediation meetings conflicting parties present their expectations and propose solutions to conflict resolution. Such a settlement is transmitted to a competent court where after its approval it is recognised as a court settlement (and as a result, it is binding just like a court settlement, with all consequences resulting thereof).

Marta Chechelska-Dziepak is a permanent mediator, registered at the Cracow Regional Court. She has also been recognized by the Cracow Court as a trustworthy person and enrolled in a register of court mediators in criminal cases and juvenile cases.

She also provides mediation services within the framework of the Team of Mediators, created on her own initiative, at MWSZ, ul.Chmielowskiego 6, room 307. The Team of Mediators provides mediation services free of charge for poor Cracow inhabitants every Wednesday at 4 p.m.
